The Fibonacci Numbers are one of the most talked about numbers in mathematics. <BR><BR> The numbers were named after the person who introduced them the first time, <b>Leonardo Fibonacci</b>, a 12<sup>th</sup> Century Mathematician. He was also known as <b>Leonardo of Pisa</b> or <b>Filius Bonacci</b>. <p><center><img SRC="note_81.jpg"></center><p> The sequence was introduced in his book <b><i>"The Liber Abaci"</i> (1202)</b>. <BR><BR> The Fibonacci Numbers are a sequence of numbers where each term is the sum of the preceding two terms, with the first two terms being 0 and 1. It can be represented by the following formula:<p><CENTER><b>ƒ(n+2) = ƒ(n+1) + ƒ(n)</b></CENTER><p>An instance of the sequence is:<CENTER><b>0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34,.........</b></CENTER></font>
